Patricia Belben MSc; FCIPD

Patricia is owner and senior practitioner of PB Consulting Group.

She holds a MSc in Human Resource Management, is a Fellow of

the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) CIPD 

and holds the Senior Certified Professional designation with the Society

for Human Resource Management.

Patricia is also a licensed MBTI Practitioner with Psychometrics Canada

Patricia's career began in management with several years in operations including not for profit, three years in outplacement and transition services (namely Grosvenor Career Service, London UK, now part of The Capita Group) and 30 years in HR. Patricia was Head of Learning Development and Careers for the Scottish Executive NHS, before establishing her business in Vancouver BC, when she emigrated to balance personal values with family, work and the environment.

Ann Veerman HND-HCIM

Ann has a passion for aligning people and their capabilities with

organisation strategy. With over twenty years in the management of food

services operations and fifteen as an HR professional Ann has worked

with clients in all types of industries. This includes outsourcing, consulting,

aerospace, manufacturing, retail, educational institutions, electronics,

hi-tech, financial institutions, crown corporations/agencies, food services

and communications.

Working with leadership to manage cultures and improve capabilities, Ann supports the creation of high performing teams. Her business acumen is built on experience in all sizes of organisations (from 30 to 266,000 employees), public, private, non-profit, union and non-union in Canada and Europe.

Ann holds a European equivalent of a Degree in Hospitality Management and has Certificates in Adult Education and Human Resources. For fun Ann studies compassionate communication and attachment theory and finds it enhances her conflict resolution and relationship building skills.

Amber Armstrong CPHR

With more than a decade of diverse experience in HR and operations

management, Amber is a seasoned HR Generalist ready to assist your

organization. Her roles have spanned government, not-for-profit organizations,

manufacturing, and small to medium enterprises, where she excelled in employee

engagement, satisfaction surveys, recruitment, training and development,

HR audits, collective bargaining, and various other HR functions.

In 2020, she proudly earned the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation. Amber's educational pursuits include earning an Applied Studies degree and an HR Certificate with distinction from BCIT.

In addition to delivering top-tier generalist support, Amber is deeply committed to promoting mental health in the workplace. She is currently undergoing specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) with the aim of equipping clients and leaders with the skills to effectively manage their emotions, resolve conflicts, enhance decision-making, foster creativity, reduce stress and burnout, and strengthen team dynamics
